Directed 17 MIT seniors and managed $7,000 budget to successfully launch alpha prototype of "Sensus", an at-home screening device for diabetics at risk of Peripheral Neuropathy, within 3 months.

Redesigned existing parts for state-of-the-art additive manufacturing and analyzed application cases of additive manufacturing in post serial production parts.

Tested and identified gaps in vehicle infotainment system functionality to enhance user experience while automating vehicle infotainment testing procedure to increase accuracy, rigor and robustness by running more frequent and critical verification trials.

Mechanical Design Engineer

  • Designed assessment to determine mechanical capabilities of product based on parameters to enable performance comparisons against competitor products

  • Developed MATLAB model to predict and analyze tool mechanical stresses and forces based on material properties, dimensions, and motor specifications. Validated model through finite element analyses (FEA) using ANSYS.

  • Redesigned existing prototype using MATLAB model on NX optimizing product for weight, vibration, and performance.
